Each odd row adds 4 sts. Repeat rows 1-8 as many times as you want. Shawl shown - 12 repeats. Bind-off using method you prefer. For sturdier edge, use I-cord method. Weave in yarn ends. Soak shawl in water adding soap appropriate for fiber for 30 minutes. Rinse, and wrap in towel to blot out water. Lay flat, and pin into shape. Leave in place until thoroughly dry. Trim yarn ends.
