File For Legal Separation

To Whom Ever It May Concern:

This document is to certify the LEGAL separation of Joshua McClellon and

William Lynch. Upon this document being signed both parties will go their separate
ways. Mr. McClellon will retain custody of the couples two kids with limited (if any)
visitation by Mr. Lynch. Both parties entered the partnership with no moneys and will
leave the same. There was not joint account or any other combined items; therefore there
is no need to evenly separate the couple’s possessions. By law both parties MUST sign
the agreement before any action by the state can take place. Mr. McClellon places a 90
day return stipulation, thereby forcing Mr. Lynch to have to return the agreement by
January 22nd, 2010. If the document is not returned by said date, a warrant will be issued
in Mr. Lynch’s arrest.

By signing below you agree to all the terms stated in the above statement. Once you sign
