Was

born on August 9, 1915 He was a British Sociologist and Labour Party Activist. Wrote a book named THE RISE OF THE MERITOCRACY which became the key works of the whole government.

Structure

Meritocracy mostly gives all of the power to those who work hard and have a good education. To gain a position of power you have to build your IQ and education levels. Everyone is judged by formal assessments of brainpower.
