I am writing to recommend Ryan Monette as a future employee. Although he has been with our company for almost five years, I have only had the joy of being his manager for the past year. As his manager, I see first hand his level of dedication and positive personality. We work in a hands on, team environment where we have constant contact with the public. He is a strong problem solver is one of the most patient and understanding employees I have worked with. He maintains a level head at all times and doesnt mind having to pick up extra work when needed. He completes tasks on time and always arrives on time to work.
