Mott Community College 2005-2011 Associates Degree in General Studies Graduated with honors and completed classes in the Elementary Education Field. University of Michigan- Flint 2011-2014 Pre-Elementary Education Department, currently working on a Bachelor in Elementary Education.

EXPERIENCE

Community Service Tutor - Baker College Learning Support Services February 2001 June 2005 Tutoring student from Kindergarten through College in Math and English and some Computers individually and in small groups Worked as the Interim Coordinator for 1 year Scheduled and held parent-teacher conferences to keep parents up-to-date on children's academic performance and established positive relationships with students, parents, fellow teachers and school administrators. Mentored and counseled students with adjustment and academic problems. Accepted coaching from fellow teachers and administrators and immediately incorporated feedback. Implemented a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, discussions and demonstrations. Meeting with teachers about students in need of tutoring and grade improvements.
