To Whom it May Concern: I am honored to write this letter for Mr. William Janshego. His work in our laboratory outreach program has been instrumental to the success of our program. William interned at the Michigan Department of Community Health Laboratory for over a year. He played an integral role in the development of our Explore Lab Science Outreach Program. The overall goal of this program is to promote public health laboratory careers while introducing students to laboratory science concepts. During his internship, William researched and developed content for our website and in-person workshops. His experiments were extremely innovative and the students were captivated by his passion for teaching. He has the natural ability to connect with students. Students regularly request his presence at our outreach events because of his remarkable presentations skills. Mr. Janshego has immense talent and will definitely excel in the education field. William is an exceptional individual with outstanding work ethic and leadership skills. His work was so remarkable that I appointed him Intern Team Leader. William reviewed the other student interns projects and led in-person workshops in my absence. Our laboratory was awarded a federal grant from the Association of Public Health Laboratories for our Explore Lab Science Program. William helped our program complete several benchmarks outlined in our grant. His organizational skills and ability to multitask were essential to our programs success. Mr. William Janshego has proven himself to be a natural leader and hard worker. I have no doubt that he will be an exceptional teacher and leader in the education field. Sincerely
