Eric Janshego Eric Janshego worked under my supervision from August 2011 to May 2013. During this period of time, he proved himself to be a hard-working self-starter who understood the goals and expectations of the Technical Intern in Education position. He continually went out of his way to help faculty and graduate students with their projects. Eric is a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented person who performed his duties with careful detail. Eric was also a peer leader, taking on the role of student supervisor during the 2012-2013 academic year. While in this position, he took the initiative to teach new Technical Interns the skills they needed to troubleshoot and solve problems in our technology classrooms and for our faculty and students seeking individual help with computer software or media equipment. In addition, he worked effectively as a team member under the direction of other peer leaders. Interpersonally, Eric has good communication skills and has strong customer service skills, treating faculty, staff and students requesting service with respect.
