Re: Mallorie Green To Whom

lt May Concern:

Mallorie Green has successfully completed the University of Utah's Elementary Licensure Program. In thls program, teacher candidates participate in the teaching process from the beginning of the school year until the end of March. Mallorie has been teaching in a first grade class at Stansbury Elementary. She has had the opportunity to see firsthand the importance of implementing effective classroom management early in the school year. She has successfully performed all elements ofthe teaching process including conducting student/teacher/parent conferences and assessment. Whenever I have been in Mallorie's classroom, her energy and positive relationships with the students has been exceptional. There are small, personaltouches that she has instigated that add an element of enioyment even to her classroom reward system. This reflects the thoughtfulness and dedication that she exemplifies in all her planning.
Her lessons are well designed, and address core learning and extensions of those skills. The activities include a variety of methods and materials which promote a high level of student interest. Her interactions with the students support their learning and enthusiasm. The classroom management insures that students are engaged productively. It has been a pleasure collaborating throughout this process with Mallorie. She is always eager to consider any idea which might improve her students'learning experience. She has the commitment and professionalism that will make her an asset in any setting. I highly recommend her for a teachine, Dosition. Sincerely you rs,
