Weekly market view

Markets saw strong rally after two weeks of consolidation with indices moving to highest ever closing levels on account of hefty inflow of foreign money, stronger rupee and domestic political cues. Nifty future has been moving in an upward channel pattern according to which it may lead to test the upper band around 6850 which is also its crucial point. On any correction, 6600 may act as strong support closing below which may result in selling pressure. Key event seen ahead is RBI Monetary Policy on Tuesday.
