Summary of Business Concept


Type of Business: Fine Dining Restaurant with several venues and menus Company Concept: Our restaurant will combine a refined cuisine in a beautiful and elegant ambience where the predominant flavours will be seafood with an emphasis on locally grown organic vegetables and the sustainability of all food raw materials. The restaurant will have several levels and venues as well as menus, furnishing and decor. . Managing Partner/Owner: The restaurant management and the financials funds will be shared with my brother who will have the 50 per cent of the ownership.
