laughing, charismatic feel eyes open, pupils dilate genuine concern because knows that some patients will hurt themselves when they are alone pitch rises questioning using a tired and sarcastic tone

A(entering): What are you doing here? B: Actually, I was going to ask you the same thing. A: You were going to ask me the same thing? The cheek of it!! B: I have as much right to be here as you, you know. A: Indeed, we'll have to see about that...

same thing; her job is so repetitive knows that she must take care of this patient, and speak to her in a di!erent tone if she wants to level with her annunciation talking to her in a childish manner, yet with a bored attitude/tone because she is sick and tired of all patients acting the same doesnt know how she will be able to understand them who???? who would you complain to? but still playing along

confused, rst response is to not know what she was referring to annoyed, because patient isnt able to realize her genuine interest but perseveres, and gets self conscious about the way that she seemingly was looking at the patient
