    Three horses are discussed in trial reports from Sandown Hillside and Warrnambool racecourses on April 2nd and 3rd, 2014. Write The Cheque had an easy trial and should perform well first-up with luck. Street Spyder has had three good career trials, including an easy latest trial where it was on pace the whole way, and should be hard to beat on debut. Chow Meow was ridden late in its trial but has ability and looks to have returned in great order, even with a wide gate it should be better than its rivals if it shows its true ability.

    WEDNESDAY, 2 APRIL 2014 Write The Cheque - Sandown Hillside R5 No.9 (1000m): Thought it was a very comfortable trial never asked to do anything & was finishing as well as anything in its trial, first up run was a cracker just very unlucky, should be going very close here with any luck. THURSDAY, 3 APRIL 2014 Street Spyder - Warrnambool R3 No.6 (1200m): all 3 of its career trials have been very good especialy its one this prep where it was on-pace the whole way, light hands on the bend not much else but rest were ridden out, it did it pretty easy in the end, should be very hard to bet on debut Chow Meow - Warrnambool R8 No.2 (1200m): Was ridden a bit late but didn't have a run till then, big ability just needs to put it all together started last prep ery well but tailed off after that looks to have come back in great order & even with the wide should be just better than this lot if shows its true ability.
