Daily Writing 2-11 When writing papers that involved using sources other than my own knowledge, I am required

to cite the information that I used. The documentation style that I am most familiar with is the MLA format. This format was the style that I mostly used in high school and my senior project, which was a ten page research paper. Plus, this year in my engineering 1201 class, I frequently used Chicago style, which proved to be easier for me to use. When using other peoples work for your own paper, I feel it is necessary to cite their work. Without a works cited page, the writer would be stealing the information they found from someone else and used as their own.
