Regarding second year master students necessity of a scientific papers work elaboration and presentation in order to be able to obtain a grade on the dissertation greater than 8, we inform you the following: a. the scientific paper work can be publicized/accepted or presented/accepted only in the following conditions: i. specialty magazine; ii. specialty conferences or symposiums with Program; iii. student communication sessions or scientific symposiums organized by UPT or other state universities, with Program and showing of the event and the Program on the organizing facultys or the universitys site. b. the scientific paper work will be attached to the dissertation; c. the candidate to the dissertation exam will attach to the dissertation a Declaration that attests his author or coauthor position for the paper work and from which will result: i. for the paper works presented/accepted to specialty conferences and symposiums or published/accepted to specialty magazines: information about the conference (name, where it was/will be held, period, link) or the magazine (name, volume, nr., year, link); attachment of evidence is necessary (copies of the Content, Program, acceptance message/letter etc.); ii. for the paper works presented at student communication sessions organized by UPT or in other state universities: information about the session (name, where it was held, period, link); witha copy of the Program attached; d. the scientific paper work and the Declaration will be presented to the dissertation Committee, along with the dissertation paper work and will become component parts of this; e. failure to fulfill a. or b. or c. or d. requirements or the declaration of false or incomplete information, making the magazine, conference, symposium or session of communication unidentifiable leads to the impossibility of obtaining a grade greater than 8 at the dissertation exam.
