Andrs Prieto Gonzlez 10/2/2014

Charlott
She borned in 21 April 1816 and she died in 31 March 1855 ( she lived all her life in Yorkshire ). Her genres were fiction and poetry, because she had to imagine and think about all the things you can imagine. Jane Eyre is her best work and it was published in 1847, and had characteristics of the Gothic novel( mystery horror, medieval setting). Exists a film from this novel. Had a conventional way, orphan girl who becomes a heroine through determination Equality from women and men Manifesto of feminism, in her works she says that womens have the same feelings as mens have(women are supposed to be very calm generally. But women feel just as men feel; they need exercise for their faculties,...they suffer from too rigid a restraint, too absolute a stagnation...and it is narrowminded to say that they ought to confine themselves to making puddings and knitting stockings, to playing on the piano,... Jane Eyre)

Emily
She borned in 30 July 1818 and she died in 19 December 1848(Yorkshire) Her childhood was pretty difficult because her mom died when she was only 3 years old. Wuthering heights( name of the farmhouse on Yorkshire ) is considered a major work of English literature, with the help of Charlot. In her novel, the most important themes are nature, cruelty, social position, indestructibility of the spirit Tale of love, passion, death and revenge. Emily found the surrounding moorlands and the architecture of the Yorkshire area, as well as her personal experience( of illness and death ).

She borned in 17 January 1820 and she died in 28 May 1849( Yorkshire ) Her novels considered a major work of English literature: Agnes Grey, is the daughter of a minister of modest means and in this novel she explains the difficult life of the girl and the work that she has to work to keep living( but it has a real experiences from Anne ). The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, which is considered one of the firsts feminism novels. Unfortunately, she died of pulmonary tuberculosis when she only was 29.

Conclusion
Charlot,Emily and Anne Bront, living in such a privileged scenery, with nothing else to do but walk, think and write, and I think this is why this sisters became an important writers, because they were alone and they only wanted to show her feelings, where they only could show her feelings, imagine and having a good time writing.
