Important features like the El Camino Real Bell is important because the El Camino Real Bell showed anyone the way to a mission Fountains made the mission look fancy The garden is nice to see and it is also pretty

Independence From The Spanish


After the Spanish left, they left the missions behind
Mexicans came and destroyed them Later on, the U.S.A. decided to rebuild it

The Lavanderia
The Lavanderia was a place where the Indians would wash their clothes It also was a garden for the mission

They would grow crops and plants there


The Lavanderia was also an important feature

Soldier's Barracks
The soilders would sleep in the barracks They also would read Sometimes they would wait if intruders would come, so they protect the mission

Church/Chapel
The priest would go gather the Indians, and tell them about Christianity in the church
There was also statues in there The priest would also tell the Luiseno and Takic Indians to repent and tell Jesus to forgive their sins
