Crispy Schezwan Anda Ingredients: 6 hard boiled eggs, shelled and quartered 4 tbsp Ching s Secret Schezwan Chutney

(You can add more if you like it hotter) 1 small capsicum, diced 1 small onion, diced 1 cup corn flour 2 tbsp water Oil to deep fry Salt to taste Spring onion greens for garnishing Method: Coat the eggs in corn flour and deep fry in oil till crisp on the outside and go lden. Strain on absorbent paper and set aside. Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan and stirfry the onion and capsicum for 2-3 minutes. Now add the deep fried eggs and Chin g s Secret Schezwan Chutney along with the water and mix well until all the pieces are coated. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot!
