Surf the web in search of reliable sources and write a brief report (5 pages, Times New Roman 12, 1.5 line space) about food additives that cover, at least, the following sections: 1. Applicable law in Spain. 2. Definition and classifications of additives. 3. Technological coadjuvants. 4. Requisites that additives must met. 5. European codes: E-number. 6. Positive and negative lists. 7. Assessment of the safety of food additives: JECFA, toxicological tests, NOAEL, ADI. 8. Indicate 3 examples of preservatives, antioxidants, colorants and sweeteners and describe them briefly (natural or synthetic, foods they can be added to, risks if any). 9. Bibliographic sources.

B. Scan 10 food labels and identify the additives declared on them.
