Student Teaching Goals

1. To utilize and become proficient with a variety of classroom technology (i.e. the interwrite board). 2. To identify specific classroom management tools that are effective for my practice as an educator. 3. To develop a strong classroom voice that elicits students attention when needed. 4. To increase awareness and use of age-appropriate talk and vocabulary when instructing students. 5. To gain familiarity of the grade level common core standards and mathematical practices. 6. To incorporate effective and meaningful openings (hooks) and closing assessments into my lesson plans
