SUMMARY OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING FOR TECHINCAL INTERVIEW FOR ECO OILS PROJECT ON 22TH OCTOBER 2013

ITEMS DISCUSSED: 1. The Eco Oils Sdn Bhd want the drawing number and date be updating. Then resubmit the drawing to the TNB. The contractor got the request from TNB that meter room size must be 1.5m x 1.5 m and the brick wall extends to 600mm. 2. The contractors give opinion for the time for shutdown, 24hours/1 day. Mr Kumar estimate the date for shutdown on, 11/11/2013. Client gives date on 12/11/2013. 3. The contractors will submit to TNB : a) BG b) Lease Form c) Surveyor plan 4. AMEC treasures regarding the BG. 5. Alpha M&E will check how much the TNB meter deposit need to be top up. 6. The contractor requested Eco Oils TNB meter deposit and a letter of reference date for the shutdown. 7. Eco Oils and Alpha M&E requested Sinar TM to update the bar chart for the project.
