I,Be sure that the package ofthe material is well andwithout any damage before
theproduction.Pleasedonotusethematerialwhosepackageis broken;
2. Make sure that the pre-treatment of steel pIpe IS completely done before
coating;
3. Try to wash the extruder completely before coating. Be sure there is no other
adhesiveorHDPEleftoverintheextruder.
4. To achieve the bestperformance, apreheating ofHDPE in the heatingoven at
80C for2hourswouldbe appreciated.
5. We kindly recommend below processing temperature for your further
reference:
