To access the Chart Tools, click anywhere on the graph.

Remove the legend and fix the x-axis values.

To remove the legend:

Right click on the legend and select Delete

To customize the x-axis:

Right click on the x-axis and choose
Select Data. Edit [Under (Horizontal (Category) Axes Labels)]

The Axis Labels box appears

Use the cursor to highlight the column containing the x-axis titles OK and hit twice

To add a Chart Title

Right click on the graph Select the following nested options from the Chart Tools option on the ribbon:

To customize a Chart Title

Highlight the text in the Chart Title box Type in Yearly Sales

To add Axis Titles

Right click on the chart and select the following nested options under Chart Tools

Move the cursor to the formula line and type = Move the cursor to the cell containing the title and enter press
