Hex Owl by Beth Johnson

Design and Crease Pattern, April 2011 This crease pattern is provided in two stages. The rst stage folds the feathers on the belly, and is primarily a modied spread hex tessellation. The second stage collapses the model. The model uses a hexagon and is based on a 16 x 16 grid. Recommended paper size is a hexagon with a diameter of 12 inches (or 6 inch sides). To avoid unnecessary crease lines (as shown in photo), you can draw the grid on the backside of the paper in pencil. This crease patterns and models may be reproduced for personal use only, and may not be redistributed or republished without my permission. Happy Folding!
