Insure Co has to do the following 8 steps of change cycle in order to overcome the problems presently being faced:1. Performance Gap: The performance taking place should be accounted. 2. Identify a desired future: The future ought to be well planned. 3. Recognise a need for change: The change should be created keeping in mind the situation now and the situation needed in future. 4. Problem diagnosis: Problems should be identified correctly. 5. Development of alternatives: A provision for other alternatives should be made. 6. Selection of appropriate alternative: Out of the alternatives suggested, the best should be selected. 7. Implementation: These plans are to be implemented. 8. Evaluation against desired outcome: Only planning will not do, it is also important to control them.
