Entry Fee: Format: $55.00 Additional $10 per day for Cart Rental 36 hole stroke play Field will be flighted based on 1st round scores Championship, 1st Flight, 2nd Flight, 3rd Flight White tees Saturday. Blue tees on Sunday for Championship Flight Only

Tee Times: 8:00 - 9:45 a.m. & 12:30 2:15 p.m (Depending on # of players). #1 and #10 Tees will be used. Tee times will be available on-line @ www.cascadesgolfcourse.com and on Facebook on Thursday, April 24th at 7:00 pm. Registration Deadline: Tuesday, April 22, 2014 *No Exceptions* NO REFUNDS AFTER ENTRY DEADLINE MUST MAKE PAYMENT WITH ENTRY

*NOTE: This event is open to amateur Jackson County Residents only, prior to the registration deadline. After the deadline, participants who reside outside of Jackson County will be entered if space permits. The field is limited to 144 players.
