The bank of Khyber (BOK) established in 1991, under the bank of Khyber act passed by Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa (KP)

assembly. Its objectives included promotion of saving and investment in the KP. In 1994 it acquired the status of a scheduled bank that allowed at opening branches outside KP, becoming a member of the clearing house, and engaged in trade finance activities directly.

The Human Resource Department is one of the outstanding and important department of the bank of Khyber Head Office. This Department has excellent working condition and professional environment. Therefore I decided to opt for my internship in The Human resource Department. I felt that the knowledge that I have gained through this experience is an excellent way of teaching the students to think analytically for solution for the problem and day-to-day life. I have produced the knowledge about the working of the human resource Department, which enable me to put down my observation in the shape of internship report. Which will hopefully served as guideline for all those who are interested in a job a banking sector.
