Scroll Saw Lock Box Pattern Guide

This document provides instructions for making a lock box using a scroll saw. It includes pictures and diagrams showing how to cut and assemble the box. Dowels are used to connect the 1" thick inside and outside walls to the 1/4" thick top and bottom pieces. Holes are drilled before cutting the walls to allow for easy assembly of the completed lock box.

Study the pictures on the previous page until you understand the construction method. Dowels are 1/4 in diameter and 3/4 long.

1 Thick
Inside and outside box walls.

1/4 Thick Cut two Top and Bottom

Drill to depth indicated. Drill holes before you cut the walls.

Assembled walls for reference. Study the included pictures for more detail.
