To Whom It May Concern,

It is with great privilege that I write to you in recommendation of Tiffany Mahana. As a cooperating teacher that works with Tiffany, I have observed her working with the children for the past several months. I have found her to be a dedicated assistant in each room she is asked to be in. She is a person who is outgoing and not afraid to step in and work with the children. I can tell from working with her at my center that she has a love for children and she shows knowledge of the developmental abilities as well as cognitive capacities of these children. Tiffany is a team player who is not afraid to ask questions or perform duties assigned to her. She communicates well with other staff members as well as the children. During her internship, she learned the childrens names in all of the classrooms as well as observed the childrens growth socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. She was confident in her ability to motivate and lead activities with the children, which was especially evident when she worked with the children outside. Although I have interacted with Tiffany for a short period of time, I feel she will be nothing, but an asset to your childcare center. Tiffanys enthusiasm had the children asking for her presence in the classroom day after day. Her interactions with the children not only benefited the children, but our childcare center as a whole. Her positive and energetic nature was loved by all, and adopted by the children. I feel that Tiffany has the heart, knowledge, and willingness to grow that will benefit any childcare center.
