Stipend during training period :- From Sl.No.1 to 6 Rs.12,000/-per month in the first year and Rs.14,000/per month in the second year For Sl.No.7 :-Rs.12,000/- per month Scale of pay & remuneration-:On satisfactory completion of training the Executive trainees will be considered for appointment to the posts of Process Engineer/Plant Engineer/ Personnel Officer/ Accounts Officer as the case may be, on an initial basic pay of Rs. 25475/- per mensum in the scale of pay of Rs.2547556920 (Provisional) plus DA and other allowances. In such cases they will have to execute an agreement to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 year after completion of training. Age as on 01-01-2012 :- Not above 28 years, relaxable in case of SCs/STs/OBCs etc. as per rules. General:1. 2. Those who are working in Govt.
