March 31, 2014 Dear Phi Kappa Phi Initiate: On behalf of the Executive Committee of The University of Mississippi Chapter of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, congratulations! We look forward to your induction into the Society next Thursday, April 10, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. in the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts. Below is important information regarding the induction ceremony: ATTIRE: Men dress shirt with tie and slacks, jackets are not required. Women business skirts or pants with conservative tops, business suits or dresses. Inductees will need to bend over to sign the society registry on the stage; please dress accordingly. PHOTOS A photographer will be present beginning at 2:00 pm. In addition to photographs, information will be collected for press releases that will be sent to inductees hometown newspapers. SEATING Inductees will be seated alphabetically with the College or School that owns their degree. Students enrolled in graduate programs will be seated with the Graduate School. PARKING There is ample parking available at the Ford Center; however, we recommend arriving early to secure a space closer to the entrance. Again, congratulations, and I know that you will be an excellent representative of Phi Kappa Phi.
