Mitosis or Meiosis? We have just finished learning about Mitosis, a process of the cell cycle.

Mitosis is a process that allows for constant production of new cells through the use of regulatory phases. There are various events that occur at each phase that allow for regulation of the development of a new cell. The purpose of the assignment is to ensure that you, the student has understood mitosis and be able to distinguish from different events that occur at each phase. The assignment is to be completed individually. Download and fill in the blank template to complete the assignment. You are to describe what occurs at each phase outlined in the template using proper terminology. Although not required, it will greatly benefit you to draw an image of what each phase looks like. You can use the Webercise, notes, text and links provided under resources to help you complete the assignment. The assignment is to be completed at home, over the weekend and is due on Monday.
