GIST stands for generating interactions between schemata and tests. This is a fool to help students summarize text.

How you plant to use this strategy in your Practicum, Internship, Student Teaching, or in your own classroom: Since we tend to have many challenging readings in science, I think this tool would be helpful to keep my students involved and on track with text.
