to 2 p.m. bounced checks issue. The issue with the 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. bounced checks has been quickly resolved. We took the actions necessary to locate the problem with the new software and found that the issue was quick and easy to fix. After we examined the program that was giving us problems, we found that the 2 p.m. bounced checks were occurring simply because the procedure steps were being used in the incorrect order. The issue occurred because the prompt screen for the consolidate/merge icon failed to appear and the icon was not in a location where it could be processed. We have successfully recognized and corrected these problems. The prompt screen now is able to be viewed on a consistent basis and we went ahead and repositioned the consolidate/merge icon to a more visible location.
