Ste$ -: S$ray a -.inch section o! hair with water. /ou dont need to soak the entire strand+ ,ust o as hi h u$ as you want the colour to %e+ a$$ly lea'e in conditioner or the like. Ste$ 0: 1u% colour on your hair in a downward motion with one o! the $astels. 2 recommend choosin a%out three colours+ and $uttin one at a time in your hair.
