Wheat Flour: 2 cups Baking Powder: 2spoons Curd: 1/2 cup Maida: 1/4 cup Milk: 1/2 cup Ghee: 3 spoons Salt to taste:

Tandoori Roti Recipe Procedure


Take a large bowl and add the wheat flour, maida, curd, baking powder, milk and salt together. Pour enough water into it to make dough. Knead for about 10 min or until the dough becomes smooth and stretchy. Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes. After that divide it into small balls of equal portion. Occasionally, apply some flour to roll the balls into a thick circular shape. Now apply ghee over the roti. Now bake each roti for 4-5 minutes. In an oven at the temp of 200 degrees celsius. Now tandoori Roti is ready to eat. Serve hot with any veg masala curry or non-veg curry.
