Directions: 1.

By going through the textbook, as well as visiting previous lectures and notes, you will complete a graphic organizer that details five important policies enacted during the Cold War. 2. While reading through the book and your notes, read and collect information regarding the policies that were created during the Cold. 3. Using that information, you will show what the policies did and how they were used effectively, or ineffectively, during the Cold War. 4. Each student must complete their own individual timeline, but may work in groups or pairs to collaboratively create their organizers. Graphic Organizer Requirements 1. Each organizer must contain at least three (3) different items pertaining to each policy. 2. Each organizer must show that students took their time and analyzed the policies that were enacted during the Cold War. 3. Graphic organizers must also include at least two pictures/drawings showing two different policies that were enacted during the Cold War. (These do not have to be perfectly drawn, just enough detail to show that the event is understood.)
