Goals and Objectives 4828

1. Develop better understanding of small business transactions

Efficiently complete purchase orders and vouchers
Complete received orders and special orders
Develop understanding business related items and inventory

2. Build communication skills



Develop better understanding of products as well as business lingo.
Work with customers on the floor and process transactions weekly
Answer phone calls and contact clients over the phone. (reps and customers)

3. Work on budget related tasks involving cost and margins.

Work inventory sheets on the computer.
Understand the ordering process and markup strategy for the business on
related items

4. Gain experience in the guiding related field of the business.

Go along on a guided trip with a client or just with a guide.
Cover topics that are essential to a successful guided trip.
Work with the guides in the shop to gain experience in their tasks while not
on a trip.
