before bottoming out/plunging sharply in April.
(reaching their lowest point)
after that the numbers leveled out in May and June
and began to rise steadily in July.
however, they decreased slightly/remained stable in august and
after which they September.
they shot up and peaked in October.
but then fell slightly at the beginning of November.
unfortunately, before Christmas holidays leveled off for the remainder of that month.
numbers plunged sharply throughout December.
