ORGANIZING YOUR MOVIE TRAILER DOCUMENTS, FORMS, AND PROCEEDURES You should be working with the following documents:

Procedure: 1. You received a paper that explains the role of each member of your team (Team member jobs). If you had more than the 5 jobs described you had to reassign and create meaningful positions for ALL members of your team. This should be listed in the Movie Trailer Treatment sheet. If you need to create a new and separate sheet to include all members please do this. 2. Also on this Treatment sheet you should have all sections completed. I should be able to read this sheet and see a clear outline of the overall movie for which you are making a trailer. 3. On this same sheet I should see the scenes that you are using to create your trailer from. 4. The Movie Development Presentation sheet should have been filled out to share with the class. It should be part of your records. 5. Celtx Storyboard should have been created using a still camera to show the different scenes that you were going to film. I assume this will be around 15 different shots. You should have also incorporated your script into the storyboard. 6. You should have a script written on a separate sheet so that your actors can memorize their lines. 7. The camera person should have shared with the team the 5 different filming techniques that you are going to use. These techniques should have been taken from the Setting up your Shot booklet. 8. Once all of this has been completed you should complete the shot list template and write down all of the scenes you need to film organizing them according to the natural order, or all similar scenes, or similar equipment, or ?? 9. Use the shot list and storyboard when filming to stay organized never leave the room without them! 10. Once you have some footage bring it back to the classroom and start working on it!
