consultant may allocate half hr weekly twice(tuesday and thursday) to collect the feedback and reference/upgradation from the students 2. Collecting reference should be part of the work while collecting feedback, fees and giving material 3. Allocate one consultant to taking care of upgradation and reference for the team. 50% of the target they should reach from this source.
