Prices quoted are based on a maximum of two reception rooms with one garage and / or shed and one bathroom and / or cloakroom further outbuildings and rooms will incur an excess charge of 10.00 per room + VAT. Inventory updates are charged at 75% of the inventory cost. All inventories and check-out reports are supplied via email. Hard copies are available at a cost of 10.00 + VAT. Unfurnished properties will include carpets, curtains, light fittings, white goods and any fully fitted furniture. Furnished properties will include the above and any further items reasonably expected to be found in a rented property. Cancellations in the event that the booking is cancelled with less than four hours notice, a charge of 50.00 + VAT will be charged. Larger properties prices on request.
