YOU NEED: Balloon Long string Plastic straw Tape Paper clip

PROCEDURE: 1. Cut the end of the straw. 2. Feed the string through the straw. 3. Attach one end of the string to a wall or other support that is high up. 4. Tie the paper clip to the other end of the string. 5. Cut two pieces of tape and put them on the straw. 6. Blow up the balloon and hold the neck. Tape it to the straw. 7. Hold the string by the clip and let go of the balloon.
