Christian Trogdon Journal #1 (1/8/14) How do employers expect employees to behave?

Any employer would like to hire an employee who is hardworking but also acts in a proper manner on the job. In order to be a hard worker most times you must be quiet and focus on your work so most businesses wouldnt be too fond of someone who tends to talk a lot. Also on the job you are expected to do things in a safe but quick manner. Someone wouldnt really want to employ a careless person because they could become a liability to the business but they would also want someone who works at a quick pace to maximize the workload. Expectations From Teacher: I expect my teacher to provide the class with useful material that will help us be successful, not only in class, but also after we complete the course. From Classmates: I expect my classmates to provide a welcoming, respectful atmosphere that will allow me to put forth my best work in this class. Journal #2 (1/13/14) What does identity mean to you? I was in a sense lost because I was in denial about how confident I actually was.
