Hannah Brown Philosophy of Education It is with great confidence that I present myself as a new teacher.

This May, I will obtain a bachelors degree in elementary education with a minor in reading. ithout a trace of doubt, I am destined for a future in education! I am passionate about teaching and I am wholeheartedly committed to students success. I ha"e a bac#ground from three different uni"ersities, gaining e$perience both locally and internationally through studying abroad. In %ustralia, I was pri"ileged to e$pand my #nowledge of education by completing practicum hours in an %ustralian public school. I learned from a different culture and built strong relationships with a di"erse group of students. This e$perience pro"ided "ast appreciation for "arious bac#grounds and learning styles, promoting the use of differentiated instruction for all learners. Throughout my e$periences, I ha"e de"eloped an engaging teaching style with classroom management s#ills to promote a learning en"ironment. My enthusiastic personality and compassion for learners wor# hand&in&hand to create student&centered instruction. ith a minor in reading, I ha"e a particular awareness for literacy and its processes in the classroom. I e$cel in language arts instruction, balancing 'ommon 'ore instruction principles and my own spar#s of creati"ity. The most outstanding attribute I possess as a future teacher is my sincere ability to connect with students. The trusting relationships I create with students open the door for positi"e influence.
