I have become a student who exhibits a high level of competence in my area of study.

Critical thinking, oral and written communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of a globally oriented world are just some of the lessons I have learned while being at Robert B. iller College.

I first enrolled in !"#" while I waited to get accepted into the radiography program at $ellogg Community College. I thankfully was accepted and started in !"## and continued on until ay of !"#%. I was very proud about the fact that I had the

competence to graduate with my second associate&s degree. I had fulfilled one of my goals, yet, wanted to obtain the all mighty Bachelor&s degree. I had a great start going and decided to finish my re'uired classes part time while attending $CC for another associate program in agnetic Resonance Imaging. (t the end of ay !"#) I will have

obtained not only my hard earned Bachelor&s degree in general studies but I will have obtained three associate degrees. y experience&s at iller College has developed my skills in critical thinking,

communication, creativity, and in the social and cultural understanding. *pecifically when interacting with my iller College peers that has the same goals. +hese

interactions with a diverse group of people gave me a well,rounded outlook on life and different ways to look at all aspects. I started my service to the community early on in my career at iller College and

found a great joy in helping those in need at the local hospital. I took home a great feeling from my three hour shift helping elderly people dress and undress when it was simply impossible or painful to do on their own. Customer service is not a part of the mission but understanding of a globally oriented world is.

I have personally fulfilled the mission of

iller College by seeing it through all of

the ups and downs of working and going to school full time. -ife can get tricky and the fact that I have overcome the challenges and achieved my goals is outstanding in my book. I expect that the iller College mission will guide me in a positive direction in my iller College are priceless

future in the medical field. +he things that I have learned at and I will cherish them for a life time.
