Problem Statement: Surveillance is done by virtually all countries and in all sorts of modems.

Be it satellites, spies, telephone tappers, mileage recorders, video cameras and much more. Some people believe that this surveillance of the masses is good because it protects them from terrorist attacks and it helps our society weed out thos who wish to casue damage to others. However, there comes a point when surveying the citizens of one countries becomes to broad and soon instead of having these tools for safety they become weapons of intrusion. In the United States of America we have an implied privacy and certain actions committed by the NSA borderline unconstitutionality. As citizens we must be wary of the effects of surveillance because in the end they could be the wolf in sheep clothing, preaching how much they are helping to stop terrorist when really they are just keeping a watchful eye over the people obliterating their privacy. I propose to come up with instances in this project to illustrate the abuses committed under the term surveillance.

Questions: 1. What are forms of surveillance. 2. What can governments do about spying. 3. What defines surveillance. 4. What methods do certain spy companies enact. 5. Can spying be reformed and corrected.
