SAP Script:

Create a Layout Set with following Path :

Main Menu screen
Tools Word processing Layout Set
In the above screen enter name of your Layout Set & click on Create Button.

After entering the Description for the Set, click on
Layout Set Copy from
Here we have to specify the Layout set form which we want to copy in the above window & hit OK.
In the above Screen we get the options to switch over between the following options :
Paragraphs, Char String, Windows, Pages, Page windows. The above screen is the Header screen. If click on
windows option then we will go to following screen.
After doing the changes in the above Window we have to include those windows in the page, for that go to page then
click on Edit create element & then select the required window.
Once the Layout is fully corrected then save it & ACTI VATE.
For Activation go to Layout Set Activate.
This activated Layout should be assigned to the Corresponding Output Type. For that go to following setting.
I MG MM Purchasing Message Determination Adj. Of Layout sets/ assignment of processing Program
Then you can assign the corresponding Layout set to required program for respective function.

After doing above settings we need to check it through Corresponding module.
Go to :
Main menu
Logistics Material Mang Purchasing Purchase Order Create
While creating a purchase order after entering all the necessary data in the purchase order save the order. Then again
go to Purchase Order Change mode& enter order No. then click on Header Messages.
Then your will go to following screen:
Select the out put message & click on Communication methodebutton, give the output divice no. Then again sellect
the message & click on Further data button. Here you can enter how do you want to print the document. Once the
document gets printed then the status of the document becomes 1.
Once this has been done you can check the status of this job, you can list down all the spool requests by following
path:
Main menu screen Systems Services Output control
Hit ENTER in the above screen :
If the request is been printed then the status will be complete. If not then from here you can print the request.
