GENTLE REMINDERS
Prior to going to lunch, find your Retreat Familys house which will already be set up & bake their cookies. While waiting for your family, dont crowd the registration table. Ed & Char will call you when your family arrives. Make sure to help your families get settled in, show them their house, help with their bags, etc. Remember they have had a long trip so give them space to rest & relax before dinner. Remember the families may be a bit overwhelmed initially, dont worry, theyll warm up soon!!
