Luke Bolanos Tyler Cook Alex Vollmeier Signage Group As our group is in charge of Signage for the 2014

Belmont MSA Golf Scramble, we will be focusing on three main objectives: 1) Researching Sign Companies; 2) Working with the Marketing/PR department to develop an effective pricing strategy for signage; 3) Helping out the Marketing/PR department with the distribution of any type of marketing/promotion brochures and signs. Our group will be researching all the local sign companies to make sure we get the best deal on signs for our sponsors and figuring out what type of signs we need based on the amount of sponsors we can get. We will be working closely with the Marketing/PR department to figure out how much money we are charging for each sponsorship and in turn how much we should be spending on actual signage. Any type of distribution of marketing/promotion material like brochures, flyers, and signs the Marketing/PR department decides to put together, we will assist in planning and distributing. In addition to these three main objectives, we will also be the ones in charge of setting up all the signs on the day of the golf tournament. This includes purchasing the signs, picking them up, and strategically placing them at the sponsored holes on the day of the tournament. We will be purchasing signs according to the number of sponsors we can get and according to what areas of the golf course that will be sponsored. In taking into consideration these processes, we do ask that all other departments and MSA Golf Scramble organizers turn into us their sponsor name and logo (in JPEG format) no later than Tuesday, April 1st.
