Mr. Tony Nault, Administrator Eaton Rapids High School 800 Greyhound Drive Eaton Rapids, MI 48827 Dear Mr. Nault: Thank you for allowing me to complete my job shadow which was a required assignment for my Computer Support class at the Eaton RESA Career Preparation Center. I learned a lot about your job position by being able to view your daily routine. Seeing the server system at the High School and how you complete the trouble shooting, or ticketing process was informative and interesting. I also enjoyed the opportunity you gave me to see the network security. Thanks again. This experience gave me the chance to look further into the workings of our school network.
